The following motion was approved by unanimous consent of all members of the Board of Regents.

"In accordance with Article VII, Section 3 of the Constitution of the State of 糖心直播视频, the Board of Regents appoints as President of the University of 糖心直播视频, Mark R. Hamilton, subject to the terms and conditions of a contractual agreement to be finalized by the President of the Board of Regents and the appointee. This motion is effective June 1, 1998."
