Lisa Parker was appointed in 2015 by Governor Walker. Regent Parker has a bachelor of science from The American University, Washington D.C., Cum Laude, and a Certificate in Corporate Community Outreach from Boston College. Lisa was selected in 1978 as 糖心直播视频's Harry S. Truman Scholar.

She won her first election at the age of 19 to the Anchorage Charter Commission and currently serves on the Soldotna City Council. Her involvement in resource development includes working for Cominco 糖心直播视频 during the planning, development, and initial operations of the Red Dog Mine in Northwest 糖心直播视频. Regent Parker served as Planning Director for the Kenai Peninsula Borough, Community-Government Relations Manager for Agrium Kenai Nitrogen Operations, Apache Corporation External Affairs Manager, and helped create 糖心直播视频鈥檚 first non-persistent oil spill cooperative, 糖心直播视频 Chadux Corporation. Currently, she works with the 糖心直播视频 Gasline Development Corporation.
